This interesting item was provided by John Cooper. It is a copy of the official programme of events celebrating the Silver Jubilee in Dar es Salaam in Tanganyika (modern day Tanzania). It is signed by Mr. Cota from the Post Master General's Office in Tanganyika. It is also of interest in that it has a stamp with the correct inland mail rate for Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika and was cancelled on the first day of issue of the stamps. It is not clear whether it was actually mailed.
