The Silver Jubilee Study Circle was formally initiated in 1987 with the launching of it's journal, The Flagstaff. It has worldwide membership and is dedicated to the study of philatelic issues relating to the Silver Jubilee of King George V. Twenty-eight issues of the Flagstaff have been produced.
