The position security punch varied
A local specimen overprint set apparently was issued through the Universal Postal Union. It appears that the stamps were stuck on a piece of paper and overprinted "Specimen" in black on the 1d and 3d stamps and in violet on the 2d and 6d stamps. No security hole punch was used.
