This was the first firing of rocket mail over a river (from Surumsa to Ray). The flight is identified by the markings and the red commemorative label.






This is an unused label from the world's first rocket parcel experiment. Signed by Smith. Note the number 26





Later on the same day Smith arranged for a rocket to fire mail from Ray to Surumsa. Note the different coloured label.
