Albino Impressions
Albino impressions occur when two sheets pass through the printing press at the same time producing an impression on the lower sheet. The albino sheet is subsequently passed through the press again receiving an inked impression. Albino impressions can occur in all directions.
They are uncommon and appear to occur exclusively in the 2d stamps. Examples have been recorded from plates 1, 2, 4 and 6.
The image opposite shows an example. The arrows highlight the position of the albino print.
